Joe Powers has worked in health care for the past seven years. Currently, Joe manages the Health Care Provider Cost Report Information System (HCRIS) database and develops information products for the KeySTATS® service line. During his tenure with the organization, Joe has analyzed and modeled various federal Medicare reimbursement regulations, including the federal wage index and Inpatient Psychiatric Facility Prospective Payment System. Previously, Joe has served as a health care consultant, a business analyst with the Capital District Physicians’ Health Plan (CDPHP), and a planning associate at Saratoga Hospital.
