Gloria Kupferman has over 24 years' of experience in the fields of health economics and health care financing. Currently, Gloria is the Director of the KeySTATS® service line for hospital associations and health care organizations. During the 18 years she spent working at the Healthcare Association of New York State, Gloria has analyzed and modeled various hospital reimbursement alternatives, done extensive research and analysis on hospital marketbasket indexes, and developed a series of reports and analyses on HMO finances and premiums. Previously, Gloria worked at both the New York State Department of Health and the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York.
